Shipping
We ship worldwide. We currently only ship via standard economy mail with tracking.
After placing your order, we will prepare the product(s) within 1-3 working days and deliver it as a shipment with a tracking number.
The delivery time depends on the distance to the destination country, please note that we deliver from Europe. Within Europe, the estimated arrival of the purchased product is usually 1 week, while overseas 2-3 weeks from dispatch.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We aren't responsible for delays due to customs.

How do I track an order?
You will get a valid tracking number after we send your order.
How do I get a refund?
You have 14 days to return new products. No refunds are possible in the case of ordering a product of a unique size/color/shape or other changes. Refunds are only possible if you return the product in its original packaging, undamaged and without signs of use. The refund is only starting after we have your returned pack and the examination happened. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
